A Newark woman will serve probation after pleading guilty to tampering with evidence connected to a death of a man in Hanover.

Authorities are looking for four detainees who escaped from an immigration detention facility in Newark, New Jersey.

NEWARK, New Jersey (WABC) -- Another outage at Newark Liberty International Airport was reported at the Air Traffic Control facility responsible for arrivals and departures this weekend. The one-second outage caused air traffic controllers to delay at least one departure Sunday afternoon.

Construction started Friday on an project to provide better rail and pedestrian access to Newark Airport for Newark residents and that will cut their commute from 40 to 9 minutes.

The Newark Village Board of Trustees will meet Tuesday at 6 p.m. in the Municipal Building’s second-floor courtroom, with a full agenda covering public safety, community engagement, and administrative updates.
